Each registered hotel guest is entitled to up to four complimentary tickets, with each ticket redeemable for one participating attraction. Every guest may choose a different attraction, making it the perfect experience for couples, families, and groups travelling together.
How to Redeem Your Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass
- Request Your QR Code
Visit the Front Desk during your stay and request your exclusive Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass QR code. The QR code is available only to registered hotel guests holding a valid international passports.
- Redeem Your E-ticket
Scan the QR code and redeem your complimentary e-voucher through the official Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass website.
- Exchange for a Physical Pass
Present your e-voucher together with your passport at any Sentosa Guest Services Counter to exchange it for a physical Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass.

- Beach Station

Proceed to your chosen attraction and present your physical Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass for admission.
Important Information
- Available exclusively to registered guests of Hotel Waterloo Singapore – Handwritten Collection.
- Each registered guest is entitled to up to four complimentary tickets.
- Each ticket is valid for one participating Sentosa attraction.
- Guests may choose different attractions for each ticket.
- A valid passport is required during redemption to verify tourist eligibility.
- Physical tickets must be collected from any Sentosa Guest Services Counter before visiting your selected attraction.
- The Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass is valid until 31 March 2027.
- Participating attractions, redemption procedures, and eligibility requirements are subject to change by Sentosa.
Getting to the Sentosa
Travelling from Hotel Waterloo Singapore to the Sentosa is quick and convenient.
By MRT (approximately 30–35 minutes):
- Walk approximately 5 minutes to Bras Basah MRT Station (CC 2)
- Take the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards HarbourFront
- Travel eight stops to HarbourFront MRT Station (CC 29/NE 1)
By Taxi or Private Hire:
Approximately 15–20 minutes, subject to traffic conditions.
